Lyle E. Cartwright M.D., F.A.A.D.
Dr. Lyle E. Cartwright received his dermatology specialty training at the University of California, San Diego, following a medical internship at St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco.
Dr. Cartwright graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis in 1978, where he was a member of the scientific Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. He graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Diego where he was awarded a national grant for his research in sunscreens and skin cancer.
Dr. Cartwright is board certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and an Honorary Fellow of the Skin Cancer Foundation.
With extensive training and experience in laser surgery, sclerotherapy, and MOHS Surgery, he now specializes in medical and surgical treatment of skin conditions and diseases.
