Appointments
Our two main locations are in Tucson and Oro Valley, however for your convenience, we also travel to other locations once a month, including Globe, Green Valley, and Willcox. To schedule an appointment at any location call (520) 293-5757. We will make every attempt to schedule you as soon as possible and with the physician of your choice. Insurance plans are welcome. Insurance & Referrals
The practice has contracts with most major insurance plans including Medicare, Pacificare, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, HealthNet, BCBS and Cigna. Because of our specialty, many of the HMOs may require a referral from your primary care physician prior to being treated by our physicians. If you have an HMO plan, we kindly ask that you verify that your referral has been sent to our office before your visit. Without the referral, our office cannot guarantee that your insurance will pay for your visit. As a courtesy, we will bill your secondary insurance plans.

Co-Payments
Your health insurance coverage will be verified by our staff prior to your arrival. If they have determined that you have a co-payment amount due, they will collect this at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Biopsy & Test Results
If you are coming to our office for a procedure that might require a biopsy, please understand that your test results may take up to two weeks to arrive back at our office. Once your test results are received from the lab, they are reviewed by your physician. Your physician will provide detailed instructions to our nursing staff regarding your test results and any additional procedures, testing and recommendations that he/she feels are necessary. You will receive a phone call notifying you of the test results.

Prescription Refills
When you require a prescription refill, please contact our office at least 48-hours prior to your last does. Often, your refill will require a review of your chart by one of our physicians or may require prior authorization by your health plan before it can be called into your pharmacy. When calling for a refill, please call our office at 520.293.5757. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

-Clearly state the patient's name
-The name and dosage of the drug you need refilled
-The prescription refill number located on your prescription
-The name and telephone number of your pharmacy
