Our two main locations are in Tucson and Oro Valley, however for your convenience, we also travel to other locations once a month, including Globe, Green Valley, and Rita Ranch. To schedule an appointment at any location call (520) 293-5757. We will make every attempt to schedule you as soon as possible and with the physician of your choice. Insurance plans are welcome. Insurance & Referrals

The practice has contracts with most major insurance plans including Medicare, Pacificare, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, HealthNet, BCBS and Cigna. Because of our specialty, many of the HMOs may require a referral from your primary care physician prior to being treated by our physicians. If you have an HMO plan, we kindly ask that you verify that your referral has been sent to our office before your visit.

Without the referral, our office cannot guarantee that your insurance will pay for your visit. As a courtesy, we will bill your secondary insurance plans.

Co-Payments

Your health insurance coverage will be verified by our staff prior to your arrival. If they have determined that you have a co-payment amount due, they will collect this at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
